Production of Emblems

Emblems are most commonly used by the armed forces, where they are used as insignia. In everyday use the classic chevrons, or V-shaped stripes, generally form part of the uniform for security and other such companies. These emblems may vary in appearance and design but their

main attribute is the quality of embroidery and the fabric on which it is applied. Formerly, they were manufactured manually, as it was considered that only by the use of hand embroidery was it possible to achieve a perfect result. However, with the advent of modern embroidery machines and the expansion of their technical capabilities, machine embroidery has successfully replaced hand-made embroidery in many areas. In fact, the production of emblems using machine embroidery provides much more scope for detail than any other technique. The design of the emblem is a labour-intensive and creative work which is second nature to true professionals, such as the employees of LADNA.
